The start mission screen. This is the scene the player reaches when he starts a new game or when he has to restart the prototype level due to the loss of a life.
Therefore, the variables $Player_Battery and $Player_Upgrades are once again reset to 0 and 1 here. If the player presses any key, he gets to the life display screen.
